If it weren’t for the Delaware court we’d never know…
Tesla@Tesla· 2 déc. 2024A Delaware judge just overruled a supermajority of shareholders who own Tesla and who voted twice to pay @elonmusk what he’s worth.
The court’s decision is wrong, and we’re going to appeal.
This ruling, if not overturned, means that judges and plaintiffs’ lawyers run Delaware

America is headed for de facto bankruptcy very fast
Wall Street Mav@WallStreetMav· 3 déc. 2024The US govt brings in about $5 trillion per year in revenue from taxes, fees and tariffs.
The US govt is on pace to spend about $1.4 trillion for interest payments on the $36 trillion in debt during 2025.
That will be about 28% of all govt revenue going to interest payments.

Teslaconomics@Teslaconomics· 3 déc. 2024Let me keep it simple to explain how crazy this is.
1/ you put everything you earned to start a company
2/ the investors/owners create a comp package and majority agree that ONLY if you create $X amount of value within 10 yrs, you’ll be compensated $Y
3/ however, if you do
