With the important caveat that initial production is always very slow and follows an S-curve.
The speed of the production ramp is inversely proportionate to how many new parts and steps there are.
For Cybercab and Optimus, almost everything is new, so the early production rate will be agonizingly slow, but eventually end up being insanely fast.

Certainly an argument for staying low enough at first to allow atmospheric drag to clean things up.
At least for the first several years, AI hardware will advance fast enough that an orbital lifetime of ~5 years is fine.
Note: once you get far enough into space, it’s just so absurdly vast that “Kessler Syndrome” can’t happen due to extreme sparsity.
