This is a non-sequitur. The fact that, at some point in the past, our ancestors moved here says absolutely nothing about whether more immigration would be good today. Even if you just became a citizen yesterday, there’s nothing illogical about supporting immigration restriction.

This has already been implemented and is used only for longer bit length operations, which are relatively rare.
