@elonmusk My sister-in-law is at the Store to pick up Model X - 4th Tesla in the family. Looks like there has been an issue with issuing contracts. Lots of ppl waiting to pick up cars in 14h00.

We’re trying to get rid of contracts completely. Should just be “tap here & you get your car”. Then, if you don’t like it for any reason, just return it like any other product.
