hi elon, i was at the briefing yesterday! i still don't understand how even a tunnel w many, many exits would prevent back ups. especially in high density areas like 3rd street promenade, where a lot of people need to exit at once. can you explain more? ty!

I know that area well. Best would be to add ramps into the tunnel system from the basement levels of the parking lots surrounding 3rd St.
