I think everyone should learn from Sweden's hybrid implementation.
Have all high risk individuals *lockdown* hardcore. Let the rest live normally like Sweden. This would allow us to focus resources better, hospitals, nursing homes etc while getting it over with quickly.

Yes. We also have to consider population life-months lost from lockdowns & other restrictions vs life-months lost from any given disease.
