Note that when recirculation is on in Teslas, the ambient CO2 concentration in the air spikes to extremely high levels. I used to get headaches on road trips but w/o recirc I do not. x.com/jeremychrysler…

No masks but with recirculated air, C02 spiked to 2k ppm in minutes. Turning off recirc keep levels <700 ppm. Cracked windows w/ no recirc could easily go under 500.

We will look into this & adjust. In general, I’d recommend against using recirc, as the range advantage is small.
