@elonmusk if I purchase Starlink for my apartment in Lviv, would I be able to connect in the event of a loss of cell/internet signal? Or is there a timeline when the general public in Ukraine will be able to connect? The app says availability in Ukraine May be available in 2022.

Starlink requires nothing except ~50 Watt power source. With a small solar system plus battery or a generator, you will have connectivity anywhere.
