EDIT: Looks like a file size limit—not length. Tried exporting much more compressed file and it's uploading atm.
FYI, still some bugs to iron out (see ERROR below) @elonmusk.

There is a roughly 2 GB (compressed) file size limit, so uploading at 720p resolution should work
