What we are calling treatment is not helping the mental health crisis… I would argue that it’s making it worse.

Some individuals are a danger to themselves and society and it’s not fixable. Unfortunately, we do need to keep them in psychiatric facilities.
“Normal” people are sometimes afraid that perhaps they would be falsely committed to such an institution. They do not realize how far they are from true insanity.
