OPINION: There's still a problem with visual clarity when it comes to Parody accounts.
Some possible solutions:
1) Usernames start with the parody label (eg "Parody Elon Musk")
2) A custom parody label below the username
3) Different or edited profile pic than the real account

If the word “parody” is literally in the account name, then I think one cannot blame the account
