Struggling to do more than 7 hours. Anyone who has gone from 6 hours to 8-9 hours? Would love to hear how it has changed your perspective.

I now try to be in bed 8.5-9hrs a day. Before I did 7.5-8hrs.
Some people find that really surprising and think 6 hours in bed is normal. I was shocked they only do 6.
