NEW: ICE arrested a Brazilian illegal immigrant child rapist in Martha’s Vineyard after he illegally entered the U.S. as a “gotaway” without apprehension. Saulo Cardona Ferreira fled Brazil after being convicted in 2019 of raping a 5-year-old child.

Current rules allow *anyone* to claim asylum with no proof whatsoever.
Waitlist for a hearing is ~5 years, during which time they can legally remain in the United States.
Even the illegal immigrant who raped a 10-year old was not deported.
