We have a $30 TRILLION deficit. This plan will only cover 1.7% of the total deficit OVER 10 YEARS. We pay TWICE that amount in 1 year of interest ALONE on our debt. WE HAVE A SPENDING PROBLEM - NOT A TAX PROBLEM.

I propose a minimum tax of 25% for billionaires. Just 25%. That would raise $500 billion over the next 10 years. Imagine what that could do for America.
