The right-wing government in Sweden announced they are SCRAPPING the renewable energy plans.
They will now be investing large sums of money into building brand new fourth generation nuclear power plants.

For a country at high latitude, like Sweden, fission makes more sense than (indirect) fusion (aka solar).
Solar starts to make sense below 60 degrees latitude and is compelling around ~53 from the equator.
