Mars (which owns Snickers, M&Ms) acquired snackmaker Kellanova (Cheez-It, Pringles) for ~$30B.
A detail on Pringles is that it’s not allowed to be called a chip. The FDA says a “chip” is thin slices of potato (that are fried or baked).
