NEWS: SpaceX's @Starlink has been conducting very important tests in Romania for several months in collaboration with the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM).
The test will determine if Starlink can operate at higher equivalent power flux

This is really important.
The rule should be that Starlink can operate at whatever power level does not disrupt other communication systems, not some arbitrarily low power limit!
