I made the mistake of putting a CO2 meter in my office where I am all day and now I'm aware that I'm sitting in a cloud of CO2 all day losing IQ points. Even with the window open, the level is often 1300+. Anyone know of a way beyond ventilation to reduce a room's CO2?

Have your HVAC fan always on. If that isn’t effective enough, get a stronger HVAC fan.
It’s worth putting your house under slight positive pressure and driving the air through something close to a HEPA filter.
That will drop particle count, which is a bigger deal on health than CO2.
