Given the much lower altitude, what would be the lifetime of these with the available propellant? The gradual drag would be much higher. Interested in thoughts by @planet4589 on that one.

The new, much larger satellites will be at ~350km instead of ~550km altitude, which cuts latency due to speed of light down to ~5ms.
