It never stops. Kuwaiti Mobarak Almutairi,19, filmed himself sexually assaulting a girl. In Market Street, Manchester, he followed 3 girls into shops where he sexually assaulted them. His phone had 4000 child images, some as young as 8.
He was jailed for 3 years, 8 months.
