Officers are trained to treat a vehicle being driven at them as deadly force.
They have seconds to respond. They don’t know the driver’s intent. They’re in real time, not hindsight.
That’s why they respond with force.

But see it for what it is, not what you want it to be.
You can hate ICE.
But blocking officers then speeding off in a 2-ton vehicle with people at your bumper is irrational.
