There are a limited number of good doctors and it takes 30 years from birth to when a doctor has some experience.
What happens when there is a massive influx of illegals is that there simply are not enough doctors to take care of the population.
No amount of money can magic additional doctors into existence. The only thing that can solve this long-term is AI with robot doctors.
