It has been a long standing dream at Neuralink to make through-dura surgeries possible and it took a crazy amount of engineering work to make it happen. Such an epic team ♥️

For the first time in our clinical trials, we inserted the electrode threads of our implant straight through the dura and into the cortex, keeping the dura intact.
