must intuitively be true (the universe cannot hold the information required for √2 or π to exist in it, and the more we understand it the more quantized the universe is). Corollary: mathematics exists “above” the universe. π doesn’t exist but the idea of π does. Platonism

Pi can be (and has been) used in integer form for calculating interplanetary trajectories.
The relevant maximum number of digits of pi is how many are needed to describe the volume of the Universe in Planck cubes (voxels).
