🚀 propellant grade kerosene (basically, jet fuel) & liquid oxygen are close, but H2 & O2 are not

Why did the RS-25 go dual shaft / dual preburner design? It seems like having your fuel-rich preburner next to a LOX pump caused a heck of a head ache in making a crazy seal... so why didn't they go with a common shaft like most other engines? @DJSnM @torybruno @elonmusk @lrocket

@elonmusk I just bought a standard range plus model 3, and I have been hearing that you should definitely NOT charge your Tesla to 100% every night. Unfortunately, my commute is 80 miles each way, which leaves me little wiggle room for sentry mode/fun driving/errands. Thoughts?

It’s not a big deal. Charge to 90% to 95% & you’ll be fine. At 100% state of charge, regen braking doesn’t work, because the battery is full, so car is less energy efficient.

Self-driving is basically here already. We just drove LA to San Diego and back and I did nothing but rest my hands on the bottom of the wheel - on-camp to off-ramp. Completely drove itself on the freeway. Not much til it can do the same on surface streets!
