French #Tesla Model S updated to 2019.5.16. Dog mode is here and I definitely love the new climate control panel, but no traces of Sentry mode which was my number one expected feature. Any clue @elonmusk ?

I have been in software sales 20 years. Playing yo-yo with list prices impacts customer confidence. Elon, get your analysts to give you the correct data, make the decision and stick to it. There are already too many skeptics to play with your customers base.

Our “list” prices are our actual prices. Software (and automotive) vary prices frequently by changing the discount or rebate.

@elonmusk Have you considered reviving a George Blankenship-type role at Tesla? A consumer advocate type of senior-level position that could help head off & avoid some of the unintended customer ire stemming from recent decisions? A sort of PR/community manager/ombudsman hybrid?
