I never wanted to be CEO – just wanted to work on product/technology. Bill Harris sounded like he would be a great CEO, given his Intuit experience, but he was not.
Running companies hurts my heart, but I don’t see any other way to bring technology & design to fruition.

The TRIP chip is the AI chip that eliminates the need for an external GPU. TRIP chip will perform AI computation cutting down the latency to/from the GPU + TRIP chip is built for heavy duty AI workloads. Must be huge improvement compared to NB/SB on MB latency. Right Elon?

Starship if launched fully reusable will get ~150 tons of payload to orbit. Starship if launched expendable can get ~250 tons of payload to orbit. Why does the expendability increase the payload to orbit by this much?

The amazing part will be having an orbital rocket that is fully & rapidly reusable with any payload at all!
Everyone else gave up when they realized that their fully reusable payload<0.
