I've now been asked multiple times for my take on Elon's offer for Twitter.
So fine, this is what I think about that. I will assume the takeover succeeds, and he takes Twitter private. (I have little knowledge/insight into how actual takeover battles work or play out)

Doge’s current block time is 1 minute. This is a bit on the long side for payments – a ten second block time would be more appropriate as it would be less than the typical time spent completing a debit card transaction.

Absolutely. It would be utterly indefensible not to put this offer to a shareholder vote. They own the company, not the board of directors.
