X has been a massive improvement under your leadership, but there are still accounts banned from the period where these activist groups were running wild.
Maybe an end to lifetime bans and transparency about how groups like the ADL pressured X/Twitter would be the next step.

In general, permanent bans will be rare going forward. That is necessary for this platform to be the public square.
I also agree that the ADL should make their explicit demands public. In my opinion, they are excessive, but perhaps the public will agree with them.

This is a significant factor behind X's continuing issues with achieving profitability.
Revenue from non-US advertisers, API fees, and verification subscriptions are looking more positive recently, though.

I can testify that the amount of antisemitism I have experienced on X has been reduced significantly over the last 4 months or so. It increased immediately following Elon’s acquisition but has been on a downward slope since February.
I feel the media has been concentrating too

Having used the Tesla Model S extensively I can tell you gear stalks are not needed.
Are they nice to have? Sure, but when you get used to the buttons indicating without lifting up your hands is awesome.
In the future, nobody will shift gears or indicate manually.

Wow! As recently as 2016 Jonathan Greenblatt sounded like @elonmusk on free speech.
He claimed his only concern was violent threats, but as soon as the ADL got an in to the big tech companies they disregarded free speech and began pushing the most extreme censorship.
