The further emphasis on Video content also follows Elon's known focus on making X into a much more video-centric platform.
The prior versions of the algo had a relatively small boost for posts including video content. It appears the latest updates are starting to change this.

- More priority for Subscription content
- Boosts for posts around trending topics
