Clarification: That is the list of 147 Representatives who do NOT want to transfer cluster munitions to Ukraine.
“AYE” means they voted for the Greene amendment to PROHIBIT the transfer.
I was among the 147 who voted AYE to prohibit the transfer of cluster munitions.
