Hey @elonmusk, is there anything you can to do help with UK's car insurance situation?
For a Model S, I have only been able to receive one quote which is for £20k/year. Other companies won't even give me a quote at all.

We’re working on it. Takes time to get all regulatory approvals. Almost there for the larger US states. At least 6 to 12 months for Europe/UK.

Tom is still an advisor to SpaceX, but semi-retired about 5 years ago & doesn’t work on Raptor. Will Heltsley heads propulsion overall, but Raptor is a team effort. No single leader.
