😱TLDR
- ALL new uniques drop from Beast in the Ice, not the new boss so it's very easy to get them while leveling
- World boss drops favor high lvl players
- NMD Rotation is nutty (Blind Burrows, Mercy's Reach, Uldur's, Ghoa, Dead Man's, Champion's Demise and more good stuff)

Updates include NMD rotation for S3, New S3 unique drop location and some updates/corrections to World Boss drops from the original notes.
