🇺🇸 How is it legal for companies like OpenAI to start as a non-profit, get pre-tax donations to build the tech, then flip the IP into a new FOR-PROFIT business?
This is legal, yet the courts ruled against @elonmusk's Tesla compensation package that was 100% PERFORMANCE BASED!
