We do not have enough prisons in this country.
We need to build AT LEAST 10x the number of prisons.
Either that or we need to speed up executions to make room for more violent criminals in the prisons.
I'm open to either solution...

For premeditated murder where there is no doubt about the guilt, as is the case here, the murderer should be hanged without delay
