Neuralink has solved through-dura electrode implantation!
This is a very big deal, as it greatly improves the safety and ease of interfacing with the brain.

For the first time in our clinical trials, we inserted the electrode threads of our implant straight through the dura and into the cortex, keeping the dura intact.
