Missed this: "Isolation & limiting social contact is not the only factor at play. [Cruise ship] represented the worst-case scenario in terms of disease spread, still, only 20% were infected. Based on those figures, his conclusion was that most people are simply naturally immune."

I can't help but wonder if similar 'imposters' that pretend to be us and @elonmusk pushing fake bitcoin scams were a part of this recent purge via false reports that affected a lot of us.
We got his with bogus DMCA and you got hit with bogus privacy claims?
Is it all a big OP?
Justin Whang 🐙@JustinWhang· 17 мар. 2020 г.Hey, @TonyMaciulis, did you send a privacy complaint to @TeamYouTube or is someone impersonating you?

@elonmusk Bucks of Woodside is rumored to be shutting down due to this quarantine. That’s where you met with VC’s and received your original funding for PayPal and Tesla. Can you float them for 3-4 weeks while this mandatory quarantine plays out?

A recent ArsTechnica article mentioned Starship will be 17 steel rings + nosecone. Is that correct? Independent measurements suggest it should have 20 rings.

Pretty close. Design is evolving rapidly. Would be great to flatten domes, embed engines & add ~1.5 barrel sections of propellant for same total length. Also, current legs are a bit too small.

There is a better in-vitro study out already, that says H-chloroquine is 5x more effective than regular chloroquine:

That said, danger of panic still far exceeds danger of corona imo. If we over-allocate medical resources to corona, it will come at expense of treating other illnesses. Track graph at bottom of this page:

Soooo,
Starship prototypes are made of 301 stainless-steel, you mentioned SpaceX will switch...
What is the new stainless-steel alloy mix that will be used?
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 14 мар. 2020 г.
Some parts will use 304L, as it has higher toughness at cryo temps. Will move to internally developed alloys probably end of year.
