Elon, can you elaborate a bit on the "process"? So that we as Twitter can help you in finding out the real percentage of scam/spam/bot accounts
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 14 мая 2022 г.
Any sensible random sampling process is fine. If many people independently get similar results for % of fake/spam/duplicate accounts, that will be telling.
I picked 100 as the sample size number, because that is what Twitter uses to calculate <5% fake/spam/duplicate.

I think between 42-69% of my new daily followers are bots.
Not even joking.
Sarah048527054 with 3 tweets, 0 followers and a 3 month old account is basically half of my news followers.
Unsure if these are regularly purged. I hope so..

If we collectively try to figure out the bot/duplicate user percentage, we can probably crowdsource a good answer

How are defining random ? How will you select them

Ignore first 1000 followers, then pick every 10th. I’m open to better ideas.

Twitter deal temporarily on hold pending details supporting calculation that spam/fake accounts do indeed represent less than 5% of users

To find out, my team will do a random sample of 100 followers of @twitter.
I invite others to repeat the same process and see what they discover …

The axiomatic error was that housing prices only go up. I don’t support predatory lending, but many of those lenders were severely wounded or didn’t survive.
They dug their own graves – a lesson we should all take to heart, including me.

$TSLA FSD Beta has been outstanding with this new version @elonmusk
making me significantly more bullish on a self-driving @Tesla FSD being safer (2x+) than the average human by end of 2022

Paper straws were the current thing for about 5 minutes based on a totally fake study by a 9 year old in 2011. Now I get to suck on wood pulp with my iced tea every morning, 11 years later. The kid is now 20, I hope he only wears clothes made out of paper. reason.com/2018/01/25/cal…

It started from a viral YouTube video in 2017 of a straw being pulled from a turtle's nose.
Look up "Save The Turtles" - It's directly connected to the paper straw movement.
