Personally I think that if the car could talk to the passengers people would form a real attachment to them while also feeling more at ease if the car told them what it was about to do for example approaching a busy intersection.

No, these are just incremental improvements to the production codebase. FSD build is a fundamental rewrite, not just in the car, but also our video training/labeling software.

Hey @elonmusk could you please add an emergency call feature that uses the cars network? I needed to call 911 yesterday but my phone had no signal so I was unable to. My model 3 did have service and I tried everything but could not call emergency services. Could save lives.
