Let me point out something obvious: If @elonmusk takes $TWTR private, the TWTR board members don’t have jobs any more, which pays them $250K-$300K per year for what is a nice part-time job. That could explain a lot.

Board salary will be $0 if my bid succeeds, so that’s ~$3M/year saved right there

It shouldn’t be possible to be as wrong as he is as often as he is… but here we are. 🤣

Since he is consistently wrong, it should be possible to do quite well simply by doing the opposite of what he recommends

.@elonmusk showed up each day at @tesla during production hell in 2017 and 2018 so that the workers knew he was enduring the pain right there with them. He slept on the floor of the production line.

Usage statistics were super low, so seemed wasteful. On the (minor) plus side, we will be including more plug adapters with the mobile connector kit.
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 17 апр. 2022 г.
Based on feedback received, we will drop mobile connector price to $200 & make it easy to order with car.
Note, mobile connector is not needed if you have a Tesla wall connector or to use Superchargers.
Recommend installing Tesla wall connector well before car arrives.

Chairman
@WSBChairman · 16 апр. 2022 г.
The Twitter Board, excluding Jack Dorsey, only owns 0.12% of Twitter. They have not only, behind closed doors, rejected @elonmusk's offer to purchase the company 20% above market value. They have threatened to dilute their shareholder's stake in the company. Criminal negligence?
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 16 апр. 2022 г.
In fairness to the Twitter board, this might be more of a concern about other potential bidders vs just me

Elon Musk is in for a bad time.
I’m not sure he’s prepared to take on a couple PhDs, a few MBAs, and a Baroness who use Twitter once a year (to reset their passwords) and collectively own 77 shares of the company.
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 16 апр. 2022 г.
Wow, with Jack departing, the Twitter board collectively owns almost no shares! Objectively, their economic interests are simply not aligned with shareholders.

AD is about 2,000 years, which seems long until you remember that humans have been around for 2,000 CENTURIES. AD is just 1% of our history.
