I don't believe that the proposed offer by @elonmusk ($54.20) comes close to the intrinsic value of @Twitter given its growth prospects.
Being one of the largest & long-term shareholders of Twitter, @Kingdom_KHC & I reject this offer.

Interesting. Just two questions, if I may.
How much of Twitter does the Kingdom own, directly & indirectly?
What are the Kingdom’s views on journalistic freedom of speech?

It should go away or scammers will game the system by signing up only for a few months

Price should probably be ~$2/month, but paid 12 months up front & account doesn’t get checkmark for 60 days (watch for CC chargebacks) & suspended with no refund if used for scam/spam

Elon, what happens after that monthly subscription ($3/month) comes to an end or is over? Would "people" still be able to keep their verification check mark? Or the subscription has to be renewed in order to get that check mark back again?

Good call. Also easier way to get verified to avoid bots
Elon Musk

Exactly. It would massively expand the verified pool & make bot armies too expensive to maintain.

Bernie is completely out of his mind at this point. SpaceX is finally making space exploration great whereas it wasn’t accelerating like it is now. Allow innovation in America to win rather than sucking it dry. @elonmusk
Sen. Bernie Sanders@SenSanders· 8 апр. 2022 г.If we are able to accomplish the extraordinary goal of sending a person to Mars, I want the flag that will be flying on that planet to be the flag of the United States of America, not the flag of SpaceX or Blue Origin.
