just indicative of how esg framing has always been broken:
backwards looking;
massively subjective to the moment's political whim;
rewards compliance reporting and box-checking at the expense of rewarding prospective impact.

The plan: ESG funds will invest in defense companies to make the weapons required to fight wars with hostile regimes we buy energy from, because ESG funds won't invest in energy companies.

. @elonmusk visited Fukushima area in 2011:
“We are grateful to Elon Musk and the Musk Foundation for this generous gift, and for coming such a long way to personally visit Soma City,” said Mayor Tachiya.

Hopefully, it is now extremely obvious that Europe should restart dormant nuclear power stations and increase power output of existing ones.
This is *critical* to national and international security.

Also nuclear is vastly better for global warming than burning hydrocarbons for energy

For those who (mistakenly) think this is a radiation risk, pick what you think is the worst location. I will travel there & eat locally grown food on TV.
I did this in Japan many years ago, shortly after Fukushima. Radiation risk is much, much lower than most people believe.

The Shannon number, named after Claude Shannon, is a conservative lower bound (not an estimate) of the game-tree complexity of chess of 10¹²⁰. After each player has moved 5 times there are 69,352,859,712,417 possible games that could have been played buff.ly/2LuCyrg

🤦🏼♂️ @GE_Appliances won’t let me use convection roast on my new oven without connecting the oven to wifi. After a string of profanities I reluctantly downloaded the app and sat on the kitchen floor 10+ minutes trying to get it connected… unsuccessfully. The app is complete garbage
