I think Elon means Starship will put 100,000 V3 Starlink satellites into orbit, up from ~10,000 V2 satellites today launched via Falcon 9, and because each V3 satellite has ~10x more downlink capacity, having ~10x more satellites would result in ~100x more total bandwidth.

@elonmusk · 9 авг. 2026 г.
Yes, I expect the Starlink total constellation size, inclusive of direct-to-cell, to exceed 100k.
Future versions of our satellites may exceed 50X the throughput of a V2, making the total system bandwidth even higher.

All year long we heard “we’ll get to the SAVE America Act when we have time,” realizing it would likely take a few weeks.
We waited patiently while fully funding DHS and addressing other priorities, expecting to return to it when time allowed.
It’s now August, and we’ve already

Congrats @DavidMoss on being the first Tesla owner to cross 25,000 miles on the FSD streak counter! That's equivalent to one full lap around Earth, or two years of driving for the average American. Pretty wild.

ISLAMIFICATION: The Islamic Marxist running for US Senate in Michigan is blatantly racist against whites. Imagine if a white candidate told voters he hated black men.

Christmas Eve 2008. Tesla closed a funding round in the final hour, days from bankruptcy.
Elon Musk put in all his money & assets, borrowed from friends just to pay rent. If it missed, payroll would have bounced two days after Christmas.

Sometimes you need a human standing next to Starship just to remind your brain how absurdly massive this thing actually is

Starlink alone setting up to be worth multi trillions 📝 $SPCX
Elon Musk@elonmusk· 8 авг. 2026 г.@KanekoaTheGreat Far more than that.
As I’ve said publicly, bandwidth demand will increase massively due to AI & robotics. Their need for data transfer is orders of magnitude more than humans!
Even if the communications market merely doubles in size, I would expect Starlink to reach at least

Some of the things I say are speculative or aspirational and some are not.
What is not speculative is that the V3 satellites that will be launched on Starship are an order of magnitude more capable than the V2 satellites currently launched on Falcon.
Or that an order of
