No, it is not.
When Ella Irwin, who now runs Trust & Safety, joined Twitter earlier this year, almost no one was working on child safety.
She raised this with Ned & Parag, but they rejected her staffing request.
I made it top priority immediately.

@elonmusk can you please fix the YT embeds on Twitter? On mobile, they are quite bad, forcing you to open the tweet then click the url which forces people out of the Twitter app. Ideally, the thumbnail would be visible and the vid could be played without having to open the tweet.

It’s true that most celebrities don’t write their own posts. More should. Way better to hear directly from them.

Good for @SenatorSinema! I hope more of our elected leaders act independently, aka in the interests of the people.

Something I always admired about American legislators, at least historically, was that they would sometimes vote against the party line

one bizarre element of the twitter story, it's pretty clear at this point the "trust and safety" team was effectively running the entire company
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 9 дек. 2022 г.
Absolutely! The real CEO was the head of “Trust & Safety”.

In reality, Twitter is doing a much better job of combating disinformation. @CommunityNotes is a big part of that.

All my life I’ve tried to use music to bring people together. Yet it saddens me to see how misinformation is now being used to divide our world.
I’ve decided to no longer use Twitter, given their recent change in policy which will allow misinformation to flourish unchecked.
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 9 дек. 2022 г.

Twitter can add enormous value to the world by organizing the flow of news & views of billions of people and millions of organizations worldwide via branded accounts, supporting (a) natural names (b) logical classifications (c) trustworthy verifications. Convert noise to signal.
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 9 дек. 2022 г.
