Vote tally shows ~85% of unaffiliated shareholders in favor of the Tesla/SolarCity merger! Thanks for believing.

Does this also apply to P90Ds that have been upgraded to P100D after delivery? Or only factory-new P100Ds?
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 16 нояб. 2016 г.
All P100D vehicles produced to date, as well as new. This is purely a software optimization.

Model X numbers should also improve by 0.1 sec on 0 to 60 and 1/4 mile

Looks like the Model S P100D Easter egg will allow it to do 0 to 60 mph in 2.4 sec and a 10.6 sec 1/4 mile via software update next month

\ great to be able to just tap on the dash to grab some frames whenever you see something interesting or sketchy going on.
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 16 нояб. 2016 г.
we could enable that, although the cameras use grey, grey, grey, red detection, so it would look a little greyish red :)

I wonder if @elonmusk has an idea of a Humanity that mirrors the Culture books by Iain M Banks
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 7 нояб. 2016 г.
a bit like that, but hopefully a more meaningful role for humans

Both UV and IR (for heat) reflective. I burn easily & then my nose looks like Rudolph the reindeer, so I totally understand.

Will it go to plaid?
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 5 нояб. 2016 г.
No, but maybe a light tartan. Plaid is reserved for the next gen Roadster.

@elonmusk in the qa you said TSLA wld assume SCTY debt (1 co.) Mrgr agrmt tho suggests SCTY wld be a sub of TSLA. Impt distinction for debt
Elon Musk
@elonmusk · 5 нояб. 2016 г.
Tesla will def absorb SolarCity debt. Altho extremely unlikely, I would pay it personally if need be. Debts must be honored.
