Elon, should forward collision warning distance setting just use TACC’s setting for follow distance instead of a separate “early”, “medium”, or “late” descriptor? Seems like there’s a logical correlation there already, is a more natural adjustment for many, and 1 less setting.

Good point. We do have torque reduction if an obstacle is detected, but active braking would be better. Prime directive is: do not crash.
