This is a very cool form of 'community notes,' and companies should take note and use this when needed. To wit, don't freak out and use emotional language defending your company, but add context, set the facts straight, and do it in a calm, rational manner.

This is exactly right. When Elon floated his peace plan last year, it was denounced as “pro-Russian” by Zelensky himself and attacked in the harshest terms by many on this platform. Now the Biden administration would love to have that deal.
