Let's be clear. Eli Lilly should apologize for increasing the price of insulin by over 1,200% since 1996 to $275 while it costs less than $10 to manufacture. The inventors of insulin sold their patents in 1923 for $1 to save lives, not to make Eli Lilly's CEO obscenely rich.

Full answer to insulin price question is complex. Short answer is that original insulin, discovered in 1921 (not 1923), is inexpensive, costing as little as $25.
New, higher efficacy analog variants of insulin are more expensive. @CommunityNotes

Elon: I’m going to build my own rocket
Everyone: Are you high? Don’t do that!
Elon: I’m going to try and popularize electric cars
Everyone: Are you an idiot? Don’t do that!
@elonmusk: I’m going to buy Twitter and fix it
Everyone: Now you’ve really lost it! Don’t do that!

As Twitter pursues the goal of elevating citizen journalism, media elite will try everything to stop that from happening

Mainstream media will still thrive, but increased competition from citizens will cause them to be more accurate, as their oligopoly on information is disrupted

The media elite wants a monopoly on the truth, and citizen journalism threatens their narrative. Can't have that, so they bully corporations and social media companies into doing their censoring for them by calling it all "disinformation."

Have you looked into Twitter’s acquisition of messaging platform Quill?
They acquired them about a year ago and planned to use their tech to improve DMs.
However, nothing actually came out of it.

It's strange how many people there are who both worry that Elon will do a bad job of running Twitter, and also clearly hope that he does.

We need the ability to report a tweet for false information (possibly with the addition of a link to the source with the refuting info). This will help rank the account and ultimately should affect its visibility (frequency of impressions) to other Twitter users.
