As an avid #Twitter user I'm very glad you bought the company. I think you overpaid, but as you wrote there is much more at stake here than money. But to the extent that you raised the money by selling over-priced $TSLA shares, it really doesn't matter. Godspeed on this journey.

Yes.
Also, Twitter should find a way to compensate/monetisation partner with its top creators. Like every other social media app.
A small % create all the high engagement content and keep the site active.

I looked for the most unnamed “people familiar with the matter” ever cited in daily paper, but so far only got through a brief search of the NYT and Washington Post. If anyone’s seen an example crazier than “according to 11 people familiar with the matter,” I’d love to see it.

And do you consider local news citizen journalism? Have you been inside newsrooms and seen the everyday workings to make statements on news bias? Genuinely curious

Definitely closer to citizen journalism – local news orgs are under-appreciated & should get way more prominence on Twitter

A beautiful thing about Twitter is how it empowers citizen journalism – people are able to disseminate news without an establishment bias

I support @elonmusk 's vision to where he wants to take Twitter. Elon wants to make Twitter as inclusive as possible & wants at least 50% of the population on Earth to be on Twitter. Elon understands the platform, & wants to make Twitter as entertaining & informative as possible.

Apple continues to disadvantage competitors, and the impact is huge - on consumers, app developers, and now, authors and publishers. Without policymakers taking action, nothing will change. I can’t be the only one who sees the absurdity nytimes.com/2022/10/25/bus…

Totally agree with this from Lex. Intermittent Fasting and, at times longer term fasting has taught me how the body was designed to work .. at first principles.. don't just read about it.. try it. Lower your carbohydrate intake, you will be amazed at how your body handles it.
