Lol so remember that contractor who got awarded $137 million by a jury for workplace racism while at Tesla?
The judge reduced the award to only $15 million, so he opted for a new trial on damages. They asked for $160 million but the new jury gave them $3 million instead.

If we had been allowed to introduce new evidence, the verdict would’ve been zero imo.
Jury did the best they could with the information they had. I respect the decision.
